Hi everyone, thank you for reaching out with offers of support, information, compassion & love. Laini and I appreciate your patience as we try to find our feet amidst all the uncertainty. At long last, we feel more prepared to receive communication from a wider circle of our family and friends.

We are eager to hear from you, just know that Emails are preferred. Too many texts jangle the nervous system making it harder to relax and all the doctors agree that reducing stress is very important.

What we could use at this moment:

• Some outings to get us into our bodies, out of our heads and into the sunshine

• Some outdoor field trips (like foodie destinations, art walks, festivals or live music)

• Some organizational help in the home office/preparing for a move

• BottleRock (May) - We have 3-day tickets; let us know if you will be there too!

• Joe Dispenza (June) - We'll be attending a week-long workshop Cancun.
